This Evington homeowner had recently completed a rear extension and wanted the garden to match the quality and finish of their newly renovated home. The existing garden was a blank canvas — stripped back to bare earth by the builders — giving us the rare opportunity to design from scratch.
The brief centred on creating a garden that felt like a true extension of the interior: clean lines, quality materials, and a design that could be enjoyed from inside the house as well as out. The homeowner also wanted low maintenance at the forefront of every decision.
We used our AI design tool to generate three concept directions based on their mood board references, which the customer then refined into a final brief. The result is a contemporary, well-structured garden with clear zones — dining, lawn, and planting — that flows beautifully from the new bifold doors.

Three AI-generated concept directions were presented based on the customer's brief. The contemporary minimal scheme was selected and developed into full working drawings.
The site was cleared, levelled and drainage assessed. New slatted fencing and decorative screen panels were installed to all boundaries before any hard landscaping began.
The bespoke water feature was constructed with stone cladding, a stainless blade weir and rendered plinth. Decorative rose screen panels were installed as the backdrop focal point.
The composite decking zone was installed adjacent to the house, creating a raised dining terrace. Beyond it, the granite sett patio with circular seating plinth was laid and pointed.
Premium artificial grass was laid to the circular lawn zone with shaped porcelain edging. The 8-light LED system was installed into the lawn borders and commissioned.
The ornamental planting scheme was installed across the raised beds and borders. The garden was cleaned, photographed and handed over with all documentation.
